About the Event

April 22 is Earth Day! Celebrate at Fotografiska New York with a special all-day screening of filmmaker River Finlay and exhibiting artist Cig Harvey’s film Eat Flowers.

When Cig Harvey's close friend is diagnosed with leukemia, she sets out to fill her world with beauty and life. Eat Flowers explores the human experience through the language of flowers, and is an urgent call to live.

The film will be shown in our Loft as a special installation in celebration of Earth Day 2024. No additional ticket purchase is required.

"Nature is a clock. Nature waits for no one. My photographs are a reminder to pay attention to the present. Look at this. Experience this. Feel this. If we feel more, we are better friends, better parents. better lovers, better custodians of the planet.” - Cig Harvey
