Keeling Curve Prize
Laureate Celebration
About the Event
The Global Warming Mitigation Project exists to pave the way to a livable future. Since 2018, GWMP has been identifying and uplifting the world’s most promising and impactful climate projects through its annual awarding of the Keeling Curve Prize. Our Celebration will highlight the achievements of our 50 Keeling Curve Prize Laureates and explore the transformative power of these climate solutions through a presentation and panel discussion with GWMP leadership, laureates and supporters.
The Keeling Curve Prize provides visibility, credibility, and funding to science-backed climate solutions across the globe while providing inclusive and positive opportunities for individuals, companies, and organizations to contribute to climate mitigation efforts. Our event during New York Climate Week will highlight and elevate the incredible work of all 50 of our Keeling Curve Prize Laureates to date.
Our event is made possible with the partnership of Fotografiska New York, a stunning destination offering world class photography exhibits which will be accessible to attendees to enjoy, along with drinks and hors d’oeuvres, all while celebrating the many technological, financial, societal and nature-based innovations represented at the event.
There’s an urgent need to fund proven and scalable projects actively working to curb carbon emissions or remove them from the atmosphere. The prestige of the Keeling Curve Prize amplifies an applicant’s work, not only through funding, but also with recognition and inclusion in an impressive network of scientists, influencers, leaders and innovators. We are thrilled to present this opportunity to connect these leaders in the climate space and share and celebrate their achievements.
