The People's Practice
with Urban Yoga Foundation
About the Event
Changing the vibration of the community one breath at a time. The Peoples Practice with Urban Yoga brings attention to individual needs while encouraging the support of a holistic community.
Ancient methods employ breath, sound and movement to still the mind and liberate the body. Connect and flow through the rhythm of this practice moving mindfully as we honor our indigenous nature within.
This healing practice will feature a soundscape featuring the music of Mtume, whose 1983 classic Juicy Fruit was lovingly sampled by The Notorious B.I.G. in his 1994 hit, Juicy.
The soundscape was created by Urban Yoga Foundation founder Ghylian Bell & darinbakerking, a multi-faceted American music artist and producer living in Los Angeles, California. Stay tuned for more from this dynamic artist. @darinbakerking, www.darinbakerking.com (https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.darinbakerking.com%2F&data=05%7C01%7Cjordan.mclean%40fotografiska.com%7C0e35d525565a409cc48508db03193fe1%7C781897ede9554fe19fdc0328941218df%7C0%7C0%7C638107179218170732%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=LEyI0J86clxaAFghI63VrEK60Krj9caQeR7R52fi8Ko%3D&reserved=0)
